Parkside Stage (a community theatre in the making)
Big news!! Welcome Miriam Shaw,
new Director of Parkside Stage. Miriam will offer
programming
designed, modeled and implemented with permission from The 52nd Street
Theatre Project in New York City. Young students ages 8-18 and adults ages
19-99, will be matched with and directed by professional theatre artists and
trained volunteers, in a variety of classes and workshops, all with the goal of
original theatrical and/or musical performance. Ms. Shaw will collaborate with professional guest artists that maintain a high level of audience participation or audience collaboration. The renovation of our space is moving forward. We have a huge new slide up theatre door, and we will soon be able to open our space to the park. Thank you 84 Lumber Company.
Volunteers work in our theatre space every Tuesday, 4-7pm. Join us!!

Neighbors in this community are working hard to bring Parkside Stage to life. Please consider offering your support. We need lighting, a sound system, carpentry work, and roofing repairs. Your donation or volunteer labor will help us finish this theatre this year.
